Is Free Speech Under Attack in this Country?

Biden green lit govt agencies to go after Musk after his acquisition of Twitter per the head of the FCC.

Just ridiculous how weaponized this govt has become. Absolutely insane

my god you whine non stop

also Jason Aldean is a huge piece of ****

and that song had 4 other people write it. he didn't have a hand in writing it at all and it's a really bad song. just a terrible quality song but that's what he performs and fakes doing for his bro country persona. he also comes from the 4th largest city in Georgia lol

I remember someone talkign about this, and this video popped into my feed the other day and it's brilliant. It's a mini documentary.

Guys the worst, although to be honest he doesn't know anything about it. They got their hand up his ass moving his mouth while the other pulls the strings.

Appeals court upholds lower court finding that the Stop Woke Act is unconstitutional.

“By limiting its restrictions to a list of ideas designated as offensive, the Act targets speech based on its content. And by barring only speech that endorses any of those ideas, it penalizes certain viewpoints — the greatest First Amendment sin,” Judge Britt C. Grant wrote in Monday’s opinion.

Good ruling by the judiciary on an actual for real attack on our constitutional rights by government. In this case by the state of Florida.

"Last year, a federal appeals court ruled that a temporary block on part of the law restricting what can be taught in Florida’s public colleges and universities will remain."

The best part remains. Public schools can't indoctrinate but businesses can.

School employees have to comply with reasonable rules from their employers (in this case the state government) about how to carry out their jobs. I have no problem with that. No one has a right to a certain job. If they don't like the rules they can find another job. For example, if a school district has a policy requiring vaccinations of teachers or that they use the pronouns that accord with the students' preference. Teachers who can't comply can find employment elsewhere.

Ben Shapiro and the daily wire hate free speech.

Candace has a right to her beliefs and a right to express them.

Just not a right to a particular platform or a particular job.

Not a difficult distinction.
