Isn't the section 230 repeal precisely what Trump was calling for?

I haven't seen anything about a repeal. I've seen him talk about 230 reform though. I don't know much about it.
Truth Social does incorporate Section 230 in its user agreement.
I can save you the trouble of remembering. He absolutely did this while actively being President, and Dems lost their **** over it: https://www.cfr.org/in-brief/trump-and-section-230-what-know
In Trump’s defense, he didn’t actually gut these protections while in office. But if you’re going to get your undies in a bunch over people who aren’t even Kamala Harris talking about Section 230, I’d reconsider your feelings on Trump and free speech accordingly.
Call me when he actually repeals it. He used an EO to modify 230 to limit censorship from the tech companies and NOT free speech.
Yes, I'm going to get my undies in a bunch when your side constantly tries to limit free speech.
Kamala has spoken about limiting free speech as well.

So do the people who operate social media companies not have a right to free expression?
Its one reason listed. Spreading conspiracy theories, labor record of his companies, and derogatory comments about trans people are all valid reasons they can choose not to do business with him. You could say derogatory comments about trans people are free speech but theres a line there, much like the government could use that someone calls black people the N word constantly to not do buisness with them.
Would referring to one you disagree with as " retarded" apply as well ?
38 states have passed laws discouraging the BDS movement against Israel. In most cases, this requires contractors to affirm they will not boycott Israel or provide any sort of support for such a boycott. Strikes me as a form of compelled speech irrespective of the merits of the cause.
