This isn't a free speech issue, it's someone not doing their job and trespassing while suspended, a court injunction was given and he kept going to the school even though we was told he was committing a crime. It is true, this happened 3 years ago he doesn't dispute any of the facts and is doing this as a way most likely to recoup his legal fees and fines because he's probably also launchign a go fund me he'll use as a way to making money.

I’m honestly curious what Elon would say if an “activist” federal judge were attacked by a Trump supporter. Or a USAID employee or any number of people Elon says is actively defrauding the American public or trying to destroy the country.

Pretty bold words given we’re talking about a situation where you had the facts wrong and had fallen for rage bait. If you don’t think violations of civil liberties being infringed upon is on-topic for the situation you were falsely relaying and asking how a western democracy could do such a thing, I’m not sure why you even care about speech.

I like to use parallels to question the logic of an argument. The tyranny here would be the government unjustly seizing assets from its citizens. But that is not a unique problem, and if you only care when it affects your personal pet cause, it makes me wonder if you actually care about the principles behind it.
