Hopefully we don’t copy how China handles that problem. Although there’s a few on this board who probably agree with how China handles it

Sure thing. Just like everything you say this won’t be true.
But continue to run around with your pants on fire.
This bill should be adopted nationwide. The violent left needs to be met with force and put down for the pathetic losers they are.

Any mention of mandatory prosecution or minimum sentencing? I know that there's been a problem recently of Democrat prosecutors dropping all charges, so it's something that I would expect the adults to address.
They don’t want to become Portland.

I don't think prosecutorial discretion is a problem. If I were a prosecutor with a backlog of protest-related charges, the only ones I would prosecute would be for acts of violence or property crimes.
I've expressed a similar view with respect to January 6. The MAGA tourists in my view should be let off with a slap on the wrist. Maybe community service or a small fine. Even for the folks who wandered into the capitol. For the ones who broke in, or carried weapons, or maced or otherwise assaulted police, or damaged property that's a different matter. And certainly if there is proof of advance planning of these things, the planners should get the stiffest penalties.

Georgia church excommunicated a member for having a same sex relationship and bans its members from talking to her. Surely this will be the top story on Tuck the Cuck.
Portland ?
To understand a situation it is always best to understand what happened - before what happened

take some time to read the history of policing in Portland
Those DA's are elected sir, so they are simply doing the will of the people. Or atleast thats what I was told about Republican state legislators trying to override their states voters. So vote them out if you dont like it.
As you point out, the state legislatures are also elected. So if they decide it's in the interest of the state to not allow DAs to decide whether to prosecute crime based on whether that crime was politically expedient, that's their right. I hope they use it.
Would you agree it would be a wise use of prosecutorial discretion to offer a lenient plea deal to the MAGA tourists?
Now you can't help people that need it. Yikes
I saw that CNN has developed a WWTT segment? Like What WOULD Trump Tweet if he could tweet and acting like he won the election.
SAD.
