Its happened in broad daylight and half the country just doesn't care.
There is nothing that could be exposed that would make leftists understand what is happening

Tik Tok of course is no problem.....
Twitter is in this administration's sight but Apple being a stooge for China is perfectly okay.
Without Chinese Labor, Apple would go broke, so it shouldn't be a shocker that they'd bend to them.
True, but that's not the point I was making. The point is that our government seems to be okay with it while attacking Elon for pushing free speech.
I mean the "issue" is that twitter has a reputation as a hub for journalists and a place for politicians to make posts. It's an accepted news source. While APple isn't. I think it would be dumb for Congress to act on twitter. Because a better option is to let Musk run it into the ground then let someone else buy it. Or Musk has to take it public which leads to a board, which leads to him being ousted as CEO.
What's moronic was Elon didn't need to do what he did. If he just made Twitter Blue more attractive, including offering priority verification, embedding videos, longer tweets, priority in the algorithm, etc. it would have have been infinitely more successful than blue including verification.
I guess the outgoing Twitter ceo admitting they have meddled in election and censored at their own whims would make some that openly mocked thethe come here hat in hand

Also I remember when Russia election interference was the biggest scandal in American history...
but corporate election interference is just ho hum.
won(D)er if there are any variables that woul(D) explain such an inconsistent worl(D)view?
