If true that would not be very stoic of him.

These people wouldn't continue to believe their spouse if they got caught cheating and lied about it but they'll believe the government because the government is lying about things they want to be true or were tricked by in the first place and have a hard time admitting that they were fooled by propaganda.

He has to come up with something to try to defend the Biden administration. We've had the internet for a few decades now and we've seen nothing like at the level we're seeing now. That's a fact. We've had isolated cases of the CIA influencing newspapers in the past but nothing like this.
Btw, I would love to be shown where a previous administration was straight up manipulating social media for their benefit like we're currently seeing.

Social media is fairly new but the NY Times withheld a story on the US spying program in 2004 to help Bush get re-elected. Theres really nothing that can ever be produced regarding government censorship that would make me any more favorable to Trump. No one is a bigger fan of censorship than Trump. If you supported free speech candidates we could have an honest discussion on the whole topic. That your party is still headed by captain censorship makes your entire argument pointless.
So Epps is MAGA and he is on video encouraging storming the capitol and yet the J6 committee left him basically alone.

He didnt go into the capital. What could they even charge him with. Inciting a riot? Ok, wheres one person who said they went into the Capital building because of what he said. Theres numerous who said they went into the Capital because its what they believed "their President" told them to do. Just dont come here crying if he isnt found guilty of any serious charges.

The DoJ has charged or obtained guilty pleas from over a thousand individuals so far. They continue to add to the list as more information is obtained. Epps is pretty small potatoes (hat tip Dan Quayle) and it looks like they will be getting to him in due course. Some of the late cases have been added as a result of the work of amateur cybersleuths or neighbors of the perps who identified them. Fox's efforts in the Epps case are to commended. Sadly for them they are likely to be on the hook for a large settlement in the defamation case.
It will be interesting to see what the DoJ charges him with. "To the Capitol" probably falls within protected speech. Did he do more to incite the storming of the Capitol?
