It seems to me that the judicial system is so rigged against ordinary Americans that even such a strong rationale would not pass muster. It really is unfair to send people to jail for accepting an invitation to enter. Extremely unfair. But the system is rigged. Rigged I tell ya.

It's a good thing they get a trial. I dont particularly care if anyone gets off for that reason, in that scenario the officers should be prosecuted.
