There a maxim in the legal world that goes 'bad facts make bad law." It's a reminder that you don't make general law based on extreme circumstances, you make exceptions.
Abortion is a good example. An ectopic pregnancy is not a justification for a general right to an abortion, it's a justification for an exception. The same is true of partial birth abortions. A viable baby isn't a justification for a total ban on abortions, it's a justification for an exception.

There have been tens of millions of babies killed and most of it is just for birth control. So no, baby killer is not an example of an extreme label.

Its bad to have a court manipulated by a minority of the country to have the majority, but it's none of what they speak of. I would be curious to see what she actually learned about Nazi Germany. My bet is her only exposure was high school history class.

It should be limited just like they limited protests outside abortion clinics when people are seeking private medical care. I’m not really concerned about theirs safety and privacy. They don’t seem to have much respect for those rights for others unless they’re part of their Christian Grstapo.

My patient just asked me if we can detect fetal heart beat
at 6 wks like the abortion law says .
No. We see electrical impulses but it’s not a heart beat since
the fetus at six weeks has no heart valves.
The sound is artificially generated by US.
The law is medically incorrect.
