I have one thing to say about the media, it's that the majority of it sucks. I don't care who you're talking about the majority of it sucks. Because they'll report anything and people will only believe what they want to believe.
YOu've seen it happen over and over again in multiple different ways.For example I'll pick on my girlfriend's brother. He got into the Toy Story conspiracy theory that just popped up, when I pointed out that the co-writer of Toy Story already debunked it he wouldn't believe it. It goes to show that people don't know how to vet their media sources.

Something obscene like that. Add in that billionaires like the Adelson family, Bezos, and others have bought up papers, things get harder to believe that you have no conflicts of interest

My experience in dealing with "who's got the biggest dick" power plays is the owner of CNN won't feel threatened by Trump and his followers or feel compelled to back down in the face of Trump threats

Based on what? I see a morning show ethos of fluff transposed onto an entire network. I see a network that still lags behind Fox News and MSNBC in viewership and most meaningful Nielson metrics.
Trump has been great for every television news network in this country.
I'm not sure what Amazon has to do with CNN. Jeff Bezos (Amazon) owns the Washington Post.
The owner of CNN is Time Warner / TBS.
These guys feel the pinch in one way and one way only - ad buys.
