Let's Talk About Media

Sam Stein will be the White House editor for Politico now. I guess you can't make room for all the Dem media members on the Biden press team, but I didn't expect the media vacation to be this obvious.

Seems to me Maggie is showing her liberal biases here. Making the passive-aggressive dig at the sartorial tastes of a conservative woman. I bet she has never done that to a lib. It's always the adverbs and adjectives. Drop "distinctive" and the tweet is good.

I might add that Maggie is also engaging in classism and snobbism and insufferable elitism, but that should probably go in a different thread.

Facts are only allowed if they are politically correct

The left's full embracement of censorship in such a short amount of time has been a stunning development to me.

I always thought they were civil rights protectors

But this is for JUSTICE sturg!
It isn't important for women to have the best opportunity to succeed, it's important to tear down the idea that men can be as good as or better than women at mentoring women. Down with the patriarchy!

Last night we had a poster on a different thread make the claim that NY had far more cases now than in April. Overlooking the fact that there wasn't much testing in April and that from the data on deaths it can easily be inferred that there were far more cases in April than now.

Same poster comes here this morning in support of "facts."

How can we characterize this:

hypocritical

dishonest

bad-faith posting

Maggie being disrespectful to conservatives again.

It is not clear that Mr. Trump’s latest behavior is anything other than a temper tantrum, attention-seeking or a form of therapy for the man who controls a nuclear arsenal — though one alternative, if charitable, view is that it is strategic groundwork for a grievance-filled run in 2024.

is this sentence biased or unfair? would she write it about a crazy liberal president?

again imho it would be better to drop certain adjectives and adverbs..."charitable" and "grievance-filled" for example in that sentence

Sounds fair to me. He cant be allowed to run in 2024. Next time they will be far more prepared for this coup scenario they are now trying. There are only two scenarios for Trump in a 2024 run. Win outright or claim fraud and get state legislators to change the results in their states. That would certainly be an interesting situation with him not being the sitting President. The other thing that relates to his 2024 run is he is going to claim the prosecutions of him and his co conspirators is a political witchunt to try and stop him from running. He will claim Biden is personally directing the prosecutions because he is scared to face him in 2024. He sprinkles this stuff into every speech he gives.

No doubt about it

Wut? This might happen in a normal Presidency because media does hold back so they wont lose access but why would any of the media Trumps **** on be holding back their true feelings?

And for the record they were professionals throughout this abortion of a Presidency. It takes a Saint to sit there and let Trump **** in them and they dont respond because they know if they act one bit like Trump it will be used as an excuse to ban them.

Libs being angry about how their propaganda arm treated Trump is as reasonable as the people who are afraid 5G is going to set off the vaccine implanted microchips. The full brunt of a private sector industry hasn't been so turned against a single opponent since American manufacturing in WW2. I can't think of a major news source that didn't lose significant credibility for their hyperpartisan behavior.
