That's a terrible bet if he made it. Democrats are a good bet to pick up seats in the Senate but I would be shocked if they retain control of the House.

I was very generous. I bet the Dems would gain in both Houses.

In spite of redistricting. In spite of the history of parties holding the White House losing ground in mid-terms.

We'll see. I'm sure sturg will pick a good cause. I'll just take the money out of my son's savings account. A small advantage of having a remaining teenage child. Helps me pay off bad bets. He'll have to reduce his budget for pot and vaping products for a couple weeks.
