Michael Harris is the "left handed Acuna" per Chipper

Marquis Grissom also pretty much comparing him to Sheffield, Bonds, and Thome.

Forget Waters for a second. Enscheff is probably right about him.

An outfield of Acuna-Pache-Harris could be one of the greatest of all-time.

How about we wait to see if 2/3 of that group can even hit MLB quality pitching before ranking them as a group???

Chipper isn’t easily impressed. He especially wouldn’t say something like that unless Harris is unreal. Think a second about that comparison. Holy crap.

If we did hit on another big time player like Harris that would make us super scary. I hope he’s right.

I don't care about what anyone other than you thinks about him.

You now athletes better than any other armchair scout on the planet, so if you're sold I'm all set.

I have not seen him play.

The hype reminds me of when Fred McGriff and Chipper were raving about Acuna being a future top 5 player.

I mean, Grissom is talking Bonds and Sheffield.

Bonds is once every 100 years type of player. Sheffield, there are maybe a handful of guys who were as violently quick with the bat- ever.

I'm excited to watch him.

Nonzero chance the Braves could have two top 5 OFs in the corners for the next decade.

I mean, Chipper blew the Francoeur and Heyward horn too. Let’s not pretend Chipper can’t be a homer like all of us.

True. I tend to listen when multiple guys are saying it, though.

You've now got Chipper, Grissom, and Snitker singing Harris' praises. Apparently Markakis was hyping him up to Snitker, too, but I don't have direct quotations handy.

So, the Braves are going to have Venezuelan Mike Trout, African-American Mike Trout, Roberto Alomar, Troy Glaus, Andruw Jones, Derek Jeter, and Freddie Freeman taking the field simultaneously for the better part of the next decade.

Anything less than 5 straight World Series is a failure.

I'm most excited about Harris being African-American, frankly.

The Braves leaving the city limits and alienating that community is a disgrace.

Not a single black ball player on the team last year. The only team in the South. The team of Hank Aaron.

Absolute disgrace.

Don’t be hasty, I don’t think we have anybody quite that good.

I agree. Need to see what Juan Pierre is up to to fill the African-American quota.

That’s more of a baseball problem than a Braves problem.
