I'm surprised they still have him playing a lot of time at 2B even with Grissom in the majors.

I take it to mean they feel he's MLB ready at SS and could use some extra experience at 2B

This is why I hated losing Jansen. He had his issues and scared the **** out of me but he was ALWAYS the ninth-inning guy which meant we could mix-and-match our high-leverage guys. Without Jansen nor Iggy, we're kind of SOL. Iggy will help tremendously, though.

He's dealing with some minor back problems now but in nine games, he has six saves and a 1.04 ERA. So pretty well lol

I take the opposite tack from CJ9. I think you master, then advance. He didn't start pitching regularly until he was a senior in high school. Have to trust the guys who watch them every day.

50...this is very advanced for him. I'd love to see him gain more consistency with his secondary pitches but they are good right now. He's a bulldog too. Love his confidence....I'm excited for him. I hope he experiences adversity and adjusts. He's the real number one in this system.
