Minor's shoulder hurts after he pitches. Must be something our stupid front office did or didn't do, not sure what yet.

I am not worried about some average pitcher missing time. The team is gonna be bad regardless.

Speculation from the Braves that the root cause of Minor's ailment could be back issue. That would almost certainly be a better outcome than shoulder surgery.

Multiple MRI exams performed last year did not show any structural damage around the shoulder. Thus, the Braves are now wondering if the discomfort is being caused by an undetected back ailment.

I hated losing Beachy to surgery. He was a great guy to watch pitch. I am gonna miss him pounding the zone. gah.

Yeah. He was my favorite to watch (at that time). He would often follow Hanson, who was by far the most irritating pitcher to watch, so it was always refreshing when he took the mound.
