This isn't a normal case with a normal defendant. He has gotten much special treatment that none of us would ever get. This case could have been adjudicated before the election and Trump chose delay tactics. So he has no one to blame but himself.

Trump himself says there is nothing damaging to him in the report so what's the big deal? Don't you want people to see the evidence that shows how innocent he is to go public? And besides that who is this really going to sway? If someone's undecided they are an idiot. There's never been an election with two more opposite candidates. It's like asking someone if they want a happy meal or to get their toes crushed with a hammer.
 
Lets not forget that 1.5 million in legal services Trump owes Googliani. That debt now goes to Freeman and Moss who can sue to collect.

Near the end of today's hearing, Virginia's lawyer asked if the state had to restore registrations even if it believed someone isn't a US citizen. Judge countered that under VA's program, the state didn't have proof of citizenship status. "I'm not dealing with beliefs," she said, "I'm dealing with evidence"
 
Exactly, but you people blame every lawsuit Trump brings on himself as lawfare. He defamed the Central Park 5. There is no doubt about it. Only how much they will get for damages. Which might not be a lot if Trump simply apologizes and moves on. But we both know he wont do that. He will double down. Then cry its lawfare. Then lose in court. Then cry some more about how everyone is so mean to him. And Garmel will be here lapping it up like the sucker he is.
