NBA Thread

I just like hte way the Hawks play. I think they are going to surprise some people this year. Guys like Mack & Scott are under the radar and I think both will have solid seasons. If Payne is any good then I think they will be a top 4 seed.

Remember when I said Korver was one of the best shooters in the nBA? Good times...

Last year he was, not by a wide margin....but over the last 5 years, he's certainly not. Also thethe said "shooter" which takes more into account than just 3's. But hey, if you want to base everything off a career year, then go ahead....

Or we could base it off of the most recent. Which only makes sense.
 
1st off, you said SHOOTER not 3pt shooter........there IS a difference.

2nd, are you really saying if you had to pick ONE person to shoot 3's in the league....you'd take Korver over Steph?

Shelvin Mack couldnt even stay in Wizards roster bc he isnt better than Temple, our 3rd string PG.

In terms of shooting a basketball he is one of the best. I don't consider Lebron dunking as being a great shooter.

I know you looked real hard and didn't realize just how great he has been the last five years.

Does the person have to create the shot himself or just catch and shoot? If we are talking about catching and shooting give me Korver over Steph.

Haven't seen enough of Temple to counter that argument. But, when I see Mack play I think he is very effective. Should be a quality backup PG for the next 5-10 years.
