NBA Thread

Man, you guys are still bitter about him beating you and you being wrong about him being a choker? Let. it. go.

Never thought he was a choker but how could you defend him if he left to form ANOTHER super team?

Never thought he was a choker but how could you defend him if he left to form ANOTHER super team?

Couple things.......

1.) You called him a choker countless times

2.) How are the Cavs a super team?

3.) I can defend him because it's his life and he's earned the right to do whatever he wants.

4.) He went home, it's not like he packed up and went to Houston or somewhere.

1- Ever hear of trolling, BUT, he did choke vs Dallas, and somewhat vs SA.

2- Kevin Love, Kyrie and Bron isnt a super team?

3- Touche.

4- He did go home, but would of gone back if they werent guaranteed to get Love? Doubtful.

1.) That is ALWAYS your excuse after the fact.....whenever you're wrong or get called out, it's because you weren't serious and you were "just trolling"

2.) No it's not, Kyrie is way too young, Love has never won a playoff game....again, if he wanted to bolt for another super team then why isn't he in Chicago, Houston or Dallas? Cleveland is very good and will be good but those teams would have been in far better shape than Cleveland if Bron went there.

3.) Boom.

4.) He agreed to Cleveland before the Love trade, so despite whatever rumors you want to believe....he did go home without Love. Plus Love is on a 1 year deal, so what does it matter? Also Wiggins is a pretty decent fall back option if the trade didn't go down, no?

Vs the Spurs he averaged 28/8/4 and Dallas was 18/7/7

Never said Bron was a choker. He just should have stuck it out with Miami. He thought he was a better GM than Riley. Fact is that Love is one of the most overrated players in the league and Lebron can't play with a ball dominant PG.

*Love that is

1- K.

2- I dont think Dallas had the cap room. Houston would have been super-team esque. Chicago i dont think had the cap room either, and LBJ was only taking short-term deals.

3- .

4- Love is on a 1-yr deal but i doubt they make that trade without some guarantee Love would re-up. And LeBron just turned 30, i dont think he wanted to wait 3-4 years when hes out of his prime for Wiggins to MAYBE turn into something.

Clearly that was wrong and that was well over 3 years ago. I've gotten to see more of him.

I was right about not trading butler for him at least.

You should really start watching players before you make your patented proclamations.

Jimmy Butler is the best 2-way player in the league.

Those type of players are max guys.

Who can play both ends of the floor, Butler is a star in the making if he isnt already. Gonna get paid this summer though.

I am leaving my home of Utah to take a job in San Francisco. Omg the horror. How dare I choose where I want to be employed

****ing stop

Who cares if the only reason he went back to Cleveland was to join a super team?

What is wrong about leaving one job for a better job? And let's not kid ourselves... The Heat would have traded him if he magically fell apart and they could become a better team without him. Let's not crucify him for doing an extremely rational thing.

I think a healthy Paul George is up there with him. I like Kawhi more long term. Butler is up there with those guys though.

But the real answer is Anthony Davis.

I'm not going to jump on Davis and his defensive ability just yet. He has a lot to learn aside from just getting blocks and steams. Georg3 and Leonard are definitely right there thiugh.

Kawhi plays in a great system but i dont know how he'd do if he was the focal point or top 2 where he had to create his own offense.

Paul George and AD are right there also provided PG recovers long-term.

Kawhi is a better defender than Butler, but not a better offensive player. Both will probably get max deals this summer though.
