So, how are Morrow (the best FA signing in basketball) and Jeremy Lamb doing? I see Lamb has play 6 mins in 4 games.
Why would Gasol leave Memphis to go to NY?

That's some groundbreaking stuff right there. It's possible he will go there. Amazing.
Memphis is a great team and he's going to leave for the dump that is the new yoYork knicks? Forgive me for not believing that.

I'm not sure I even want a 30+ year old Gasol...if we landed him, would the Knicks be able to surround him and Melo with the right supporting cast before they both got too old to lead a team to a title? I'd want to know the rest of the plan. I don't want half a window for 1-2 years only to be right back where we started.
I'd love to add Greg Monroe, who only turns 25 this year and has the skills to be a good triangle big. I'd also consider a massive offer to Jimmy Butler. Maybe the Bulls don't let him go, but why not put them to the test. It's past time that the Knicks actually build a cohesive team.
Good point, but that's where the top pick this year should help as well. Monroe would be an excellent option as well. I do think Gasol is a better fit beside Okafor though.
I have never understood the dichotomy of Melo. He's either a superstar top 10 player or a loser?
I think it's more likely that's he's a really valuable offensive player with severe limitations on defense. Is that a superstar? Probably not, but you can win that. Heck, he's mostly been on playoff teams so obviously you can win that.
What we do know is that when he came up for free agency six months ago, every team with max cap space (and others without it) were rolling out the red carpet for him. A lot of smart organizations led by smart GM's were willing to give him everything they could to get him on their respective teams. I don't think that happens if he's a "loser."
Heyward & thethe > NBA GMs DOE
I've never said that he's a loser. I just don't believe he is top 10 anymore and starting next year I think it might be a stretch to even say he's top 20.

Your next factual post will be your first.
You are cute.
It's a shame that you are a blind Knicks homer who think they are a relevant sports team. You have a ton of basketball knowledge too. But please stop touting the Knicks like they mean anything.
So you're basing it off him playing through a knee injury, cool.
