NBA Thread

I'm in Charolette for business and just came back from the Hornets game. Exciting game with the Walker stealing the show at the end.

The Pelicans have done an awful job building a team around Anthony Davis. GM's get so impatient when they get that great player and feel they need to win right away. Hope Davis doesn't leave to go elsewhere but that team doesn't have a shot at competing right now.

Kanter shold be another guy who is better than he is. A big man that skilled is rare.

They need to sell on Burke because he is at best a backup PG. I'd say he is a prime candidate to be included in a trade.

Trey Burke would actually look quite good in OKC imo

Not sure whta we are going do at the backup PG next year. Thta guy isn't on the roster. Semaj Christon is not going to be ready next year even though he has done well in the D-League next year.

I seriously think Burke is the perfect backup PG since he should be able to shoot (even though he hasn't shown it this year at all) and he is a pretty good game manager. I don't know what a trade with OKC would look like, but I think it's a reasonable fit.

Remember when it was "laughable" to say the Hawks were a top team in the East?

Now they might be a top team in the LEAGUE.

Yeah, I was wrong on them. Im not sure that they are this good, but they are certainly the team to beat in the East at this moment.

Burke is pretty bad overall. Like I said he would be while he was at Michigan. Isn't a true point guard and can't score enough to erase his lack of getting teammates involved. Basically a homeless version of Kyrie.

13.5 and 8 on 51% with 2 blocks and over a steal a game. That's not good? Then why are you on Ibakas nuts? Because those are his numbers.

How am i on Ibakas nuts?

He needs to improve alot offensively.
