Russ picked up his 16th tech, even if OKC wins tonight, that's probably the season.
 
Russ got his 50-pt game but way too many 3's.

For the better they lose anyway.

He can rest up.
 
He took way too many 3's, but i dont even care, once KD went down for the year officially official, i've been on the get into the lottery bandwagon.

I think he played well. I don't mean to suggest otherwise. But its crazy to score 54 points in a game yet still have a negative plus/minus. The Waiters/Kanter duo is a fast pass line to the rim, and Russ was a complete seethe on defense.

Oh yeah, im not surprised the way this year has gone. Banked in 3's, among other things.

Russ is gassed, absolutely gassed, similar to KD last year.

Defensively, they're terrible. Pacers arent a great offensive team and they nearly hang 120.

Waiters is a decent defender but Kanter cant play defense for ****. He hasnt played well last couple games, not sure what they do with him this summer.

Waiters is a horrible defender. Literally his only redeeming quality is that he's a volume scorer that can hang an occasional crooked number on the board.

There is a lot of evidence that he is a bad defender. Even great basketball minds like Haralobob, Lowe, etc. have said that the basketball people they talk to think he's a joke defensively because he gambles way too much.

I would hope so, he's a PG....so he should get more APG....Melo gets more rebounds. See how fun that game was?

Russ is a bad defender, you can blame it on being tired if you don't want to admit the truth but that's your call.

He does gamble too much, i agree with that.

Russ leads the league in scoring, is 4th in assists, averages 7 rebounds a game for a GUARD, but sure him and Melo are so similar.

I dont suck off Russ but he's one of the best players in basketball, basically everyone agrees but yeah him and Melo arent much different.

I dont kill Melo but i dont see him winning anything especially with him leaving his prime.
 
How is Portland a 4 seed with the 6th best record in conference? Does it have to do with them winning their division and having home court?

Division winners get a guaranteed spot in the Top 4.

I think it goes like 3 Division winners, then highest 2nd place team. Although I think the highest 2nd place team can be ahead of hte other two division winners if their overall record is better.
