Tried to take the charge on the guy passing the ball; refs rarely call that in the NBA.

I highly doubt it's a sweep, at this point. Hawks can score—and certainly scored plenty in the first half. Atlanta just abandoned their game in the third quarter, and then couldn't make a painted-area shot to save their lives in the fourth, despite some excellent rebounding.

Game 2 a must win. I think the Hawks will get one or two in the series. Washington is just playing much better.

Yep. The Hawks can't reconcile that they don't have "the man" type player the deeper they go. We won't win any games if we don't shoot better than that. That was pathetic. Typical Atlanta.

The only argument I can see—which was the one advanced by the ABC announcers—is that the defender lowered his shoulder into Millsap, who was moving a bit to his right as he went up forward and up for the shot. It could have gone either way, but I probably would have called it a charge.
