NBA Thread

Seems to me if OKC is awesome with Ibaka, and incapable of winning with out him, then Ibaka is the best player on OKCs team.

Well, he is part of the puzzle of a great team. Jordan was an incredible player but without Pippens tremendous defensive versatility and ball handling ability he would not hvae won as many rings. One player does not win anything. Look at Lebron, arguably the greatest player of all time and he couldn't win by himself.

Alright...Miami in six. Glad they have to play one more game. Now okc has to take care of business tomorrow night.

Good game. Thought Miami might lose this one. Hopefully we wrap it up in the next game.

You guys are going to crush them in game 6. I doubt your starters will be even in the game with 4 minutes left. No way James gets called for iffy fouls in Miami.

Didnt watch the game but 7 points from LeBron?

God knows if KD or anyone else did that they'd be getting ripped to shreds.

Refs will win them Game 6 though.

And you can argue this series Ibaka is the Thunders most important player.

Your first mistake is to do what GF/Brule do all the time and that is comment without watching the games.

Lebron had ridiculously bad foul calls go against him. He couldn't get into a rythm and still almost had the play of the game.

TeamSilver wants 6-7 game series. 4-5 game series do nothing for the NBA.

I love it. Grand conspiracy theories where everyone is involved and yet nothing big has ever come out except some guy shaving points because he got over his head in gambling debts.

Anything that happens is the commissioners fault. What a joke. For all the flack you used to give Sturg about his tin hat stuff you are displaying the same ridiculous beliefs.

Just a coincidence Lebron got 5 fouls early last night?

How about how the NBA rigs the draft?

This aren't theories, you can read anywhere about it. Why aren't the ping pong balls revealed on TV?

Lebron plays extremely aggressive defense and just like holding in football fouls can be called in a lot of situations. All of those calls Lebron made contact with the Pacers players. I don't believe in calling those types of fouls but by the definition of a foul they were fouls.

So the independent accounting firm that watches the draft process is going to risk their reputation for the NBA? Geez, you are really reaching.

What is the definition of a theory and how is this NOT a theory?

Didn't Lebron go like several games without a foul this year?

Lebron basically went through the season not playing all that hard because he knew the East was a joke. Thats why he graded out with some metrics as a below average defender this year. He didn't give effort on that end. Now that the playoffs are here he is playing his traditional aggressive on the ball defense.

Oh, that's what it is, huh?
