They can sign shooting like CJ Miles. Thunder had Ibaka/Jackson injuries hurt their chances last year. THey were the second best team in the NBA last year.

Boozer could me a candidate for the Thunder if he gets amnestied. He'd fit well on the team. Give us scoring off the bench.
