Nice, OKC agreed to a 5 year deal with Singler at 25M.

He wasn't great but I think he is going to be a tremendous glue piece in a more structured offense. He started playing real well after the first month.

That's a lot of coin for a bad player.

It's essentially identical to the Morrow contract when accounting for inflation.

He obvioulsy isn't as good of a shooter/scorer than Morrow but he is better than him in about every other area.

I was actually very surprised that Morrow had more to his offensive game than three point shooter.

Deandre would be great on every team in the league that runs the pick and roll.

DAJ plays with 2 of the best passers in the league. His PG next year might not be as good of a passer as Blake Griffen.

I think thats goingto be a problem for him considering his offensive arsenal consists of catching and dunking.

You must have not watched the playoffs. Draymond was easily their best player this year. He would get a much a bigger contract than the max.

At times, he was. But, he's also a lot easier to replace than Curry or Klay would be. They could lose Green and still be one of the better teams in the West.

Catching and dunking works well in any system. Especially when he is sensational at doing those two things better than anybody in the league.

That skill is predicated on timing and vision of the passer IMO.

CP3 aside but Blake is a TREMENDOUS passer.DAJ is going to miss that.

I omitted "second" from my post. Obviously Curry is much better.

They could be one of the better teams without Dray, but they wouldn't have won the title without him this year. If you look at the value of a win at that end of the wins curve and it's a no brainer to give him a max.

Yeah, just one of those guys that can do a lot of things well with good height and undervalued.

When are the Knicks goingto get involved?

No one has signed that I wanted, Carroll would've been nice but not at that price. I'm okay with them sitting back and trying to get Wes/KK/Lopez/BB at under market deals.

They won't be favored over the Thunder, Cavs or Spurs without Green. They can't play small with Draymond. He's the most important piece to them playing the style that they play.

Its a no brainer when you watch them play. He is the key for their style.
