Neverending **** the Police thread.

Here is a good example of why we need private prosecution. This is aggravated kidnapping. The victim should have the right to use their own lawyer to prosecute the case if the state is unwilling or tries to sabotage the prosecution. If a few cops go to prison for aggravated kidnapping for making illegal arrests I guarandamntee you it will stop real quick.

Here is another case for private prosecution. These officers clearly break the law to assault and harass a guy for refusing unlawful orders. The cop even calls the assistant district attorney who asks him if he has any reasonable suspicion he is about to commit a crime to which the cop replies "I have no reasonable suspicion he isnt going to commit crime". There is no reason the victim should not be able to have his lawyer give evidence to a grand jury and go from there. There is no need for the standard 8+ month "investigation". This is about as clear cut as it gets.

Here is one of the most pathetic things I have ever seen. This kid goes to a police station and starts harassing the officers, gets told to leave, then throws a one person pity party down the street because he has been trained to think that all he needs to do is cry and say "I feel threatened" to get someone else in trouble. This Darwin Award winner goes down the street crying and yelling at each cop car that passes for a badge ID, then when one stops to ask why is crying, he starts the BS up again. He keeps asking people to call the cops but says he is terrified of the cops..... like wtf did he expect to show up?

Look at the special treatment a corrupt Sheriff gets. Allowed to "negotiate" turning himself in, gets to literally pick the jail and magistrate he goes to and is able to get a release before even entering the jail. This is absolutely not acceptable. This isnt a police brutality thing. This guy was investigated and charged by other cops. Not IAD. He has multiple felony charges and gets treated like he was arrested for jaywalking. All these cops nees to go. Treating cops like this should bring a prison sentence.

I've never been beat, maced, or shot with rubber bullets. Of course, I don't go around throwing tantrums like a petulant child though.

white bootlicking man from mississippi has thoughts

tune in more at 6pm for more

I got my ass beat over Labor Day weekend by one of Albany’s finest. I was acting stupid and paid the price for it. Was it a bad cop? No idea. I don’t hate this officer or police in general. Guess I am an adult.

So the only way you will believe that anyone is unjustly beaten up is if you yourself are a victim of it. Interesting. I have it on good authority Charles Manson never murdered you. Doesnt make him innocent.

Honestly I focus way more on the general criminality of police. Brutality is only one part. Much of what can happen to you during and after arrest are no different than being kidnapped and sexually assaulted. That the person doing it has a shiny badge makes it not psychologically damaging? I understand it has to happen but it should be minimized and protecting innocent people from the experience should be a goal of law enforcement. Having to go through the experience because of wrongdoing by another person should not be treated like its not a big deal like the courts do. People locked up for 30 years because they were torture into a confession get like a million dollars. There aint enough money in the world to make up for **** like that.

Let me tell you about a Chicago cop name Jon Burge. He spent 30 years torturing people into confessions. 30 years. Not one cop turned him in. The DA even went as far as to give reduce sentences to convicted cop killers to get them to drop their lawsuit against the city for being tortured by Burge. He was almost 10 years into retirement with mounting lawsuits before they finally charged and convicted him. He did 4 months in prison for 'lying about torturing people". 4 months. For 30 years of torturing people into confessions that would get them life sentences. Think about how badly you would need to be torture to sign something that guarantees you will never be free again.

Now let me tell you a story about a woman who worked for a drug lab testing evidence for police. You see, they only get paid when the test matches something illegal and get paid based on the amount of tests they perform. Do you see where this is going? Thousands upon thousands of people lost their freedom because one woman cheated to make a little extra money. See was in and out of prison before the first person she helped wrongfully convict was set free.

I shared an instance that happened to me. Show me where I said I don’t believe there are unjust situations involving police.

The part where you said "Guess I am an adult". Implying that people are being justifiably beaten and are just whining about it. All the same **** cops and their supporters say now about the protesters they said about MLK and the civil rights movement in the 60's. EXACT SAME WORDS.

yep

and if you aren't with these people they are regurgitating the same "you are a communist" **** they said back then

time is a flat circle.

I was speaking about those who hate authority and police just because. If the shoe fits.
