Neverending **** the Police thread.

https://theintercept.com/2018/04/25/stephon-clark-police-shooting-district-attorney/

Here is a story about the DA in the latest police murder of Stephon Clark and the DA getting money from law enforcement before and after deciding not to charge the officer. In fact he doesnt seem to ever want to charge any officer. Any police cant throw enough money at him. I wonder if I am under investigation what its called if me and some friends make some large donations to the local DA's campaign fund who also decides not to prosecute me. Who is going to stop them? The police?

Golden State Serial killer has finally been caught. Suspected of dozens of murders and 45 rapes over 30 years. Surprise surprise it's a retired cop.

police commissioner tries to use her badge and status to get her daughter out of a traffic stop. I commend the officers for not backing down and bring professional. 99% of us would have been arrested. Just off hand she is guilty of obstruction of justice for trying to force officers to not ticket someone, disorderly conduct for yelling and cursing at the officers, and trying to intimidate a public official with her threats of calling their boss and using her power to get them in trouble.

Possession in NYC is decriminilized. It's legal as long as you don't have it in plain view. So what officers did to get around this was tell people if they give up their weed before searching them that they won't arrest them. knowing they are about to be searched a lot of people think this is their only option. They say yes. The officer tells them to take it out and hand it to him. When they take it out and give it to the officer they arrest them for having it in public view.

Woman spends 49 days in jail because of law enforcement incompetency. She was sexually assaulted and traumatized while behind bars. Don't worry, no cops will be punished. That's the important thing.

https://www.denverpost.com/2018/05/02/colorado-state-university-native-americans-pulled-off-tour/

parent on college tour at Colorado State University calls the cops on 2 native American kids on the tour for being brown. The cops came and separated them from the tour and talked to them but by the time that was imported out the tour had moved on and they missed the rest of the tour. I don't necessarily blame the police here but everyone seems to be reacting like there's nothing that can be done about this. How about arresting the caller for harassing those 2 kids? Misuse of 911? It really should be considered am assault because any police interactions comes with the risk of a misunderstanding and you being beat, shot, tazed, and or killed. What makes the difference to me is the call to police. Police have to have a reason to come out. She must have lied on the call.

A cop doing the Randy Orton punt on a surrendering suspect. He is now suspended with pay "pending an investigation". How much investigation does it take when it's clearly on video. What they really mean to do is buy time to try to find an excuse. I guarantee you this "investigation" will take atleast 6 months.

article about how Sessions has inadvertently sped up marijuana legalization. Exactly as predicted, the rubber band effect. Congrats Jefferson Beauregard Sessions the Third, you just played yoself. Someone should offer one of his relatives a lot of money to put the Sessions name on a brand of weed.

Georgia trooper terrorizes Canadian driver for driving with a valid Canadian license. Remember, ignorance of the law is only an excuse for law enforcement. It's unreasonable to expect them to know every law exactly. Now you and me, we are to know and obey over 400000 laws and ignorance is not an excuse.

http://reason.com/blog/2018/05/10/man-protests-police-departments-violatio

Heres a lovely story. A man holds up a sign warning motorists of an upcoming police random checkpoint. Police falsely arrested him on obstructing charges. On his first court date a friend stands outside the police station protesting with a sign saying "**** free speech - Stamford PD". The police chief comes out and tries to intimidate him and when that fails arrests him for "breach of the peace". Now the charges against the first guy have been dropped and eventually the charges against the second guy will be dropped, but that isnt the point. The point is that these cop knowingly arrest these people knowing they dont have a legal leg to stand on.

https://www.theguardian.com/world/2...ew-black-identity-extremists-fbi-surveillance

Here is the story of Rakem Balogun. He is an IT worker who has been targeted for surveillance for 3 years. His crimes? Protesting police brutality. Advocating for rights of black gun owners. Feeding the homeless. Youth pick nicks and self defense classes. He spends 5 months behind bars living like a dog as the government argues he is too dangerous to be let out on bail. 5 months later the trumped up charge falls through because he did nothing illegal and he is released. This man too dangerous for bail now living peacefully in the community. Lost his job. Lost his home. Lost his car. Son had to move. Missed 5 months of his infant daughters life. Clear case of malicious prosecution. 3 years the FBI has been hanging on this guys every word and cant come up with **** but ignore the Parkland shooter. Why? Because they care far more about people who might go after cops because they protect and serve their own. This didnt start under Trump. This started under Obama. While Clueless James Comey was giving speeches about improving race relations and how theres no proof of a law enforcement bias against blacks this surveillance was starting up. This guy was the first to be targeted under the Black Identity Threat **** so I find it hard to believe Comey wasnt involved in some way.

https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/crim...cant-have-sex-during-traffic-stops/ar-AAx85cA

The war on cops continues. Kansas has now made it illegal for police to have sex with people they have pulled over for traffic stops, detained, or arrested. Why was this law needed? Well recently its come to light that a police officer Roger Golubski forced black women to have sex with him by threatening to frame their relatives for crimes. One man framed by him has been released after 23 years in prison. Yall think I am a conspiracy theorist when I say comes are raping and pillaging poor communities. A serial rapist cop doesnt get away with it for 30 years without another cop finding out. Odds are multiple cops helped cover up his crimes. I am sure they are investigating that thoroughly.....
