9 protestors of the handling of the Botham Jean murder spent 2 days in jail because the cops intentionally moved them around to avoid letting them see a judge so they could not bond out quickly. Now compare this to Amber Guyger who was given 3 days to prepare and spent only 90 minutes in jail.

One thing to watch with thisncase is where it is tried. Dallas county is about 20% white. Kaufman county where she turned herself in and was bookes is over 80% white. Might be trying to get an all white jury.



I dont remember if I made a prediction yet but I think she gets 2 years and only serves 18 months. I really wont be surprised if she gets probation. I know those cops are chomping at the bit at the chance to go crack some negroe heads when protests break out from the joke of a sentence.
 




Wow, 3 cops shot serving a search warrant on the wrong address and the victim wont be charged. Never heard of this happening before. I cant help but wonder if the decision to not charge was influenced by the Botham Jean murder. I can understand arresting and questioning the person but if they had nothing to hide and no criminal history its a big stretch to say they decided to shoot cops then surrender rather than the far more plausible theory that he shot at what he thought was burglars then surrendered immediately when he found out they were cops. Police are hypocrites in that they get protected legally if they did not know they were breaking the law or hurt someone mistakenly thinking their life was in danger but they think if they announce themselves its the victims fault if they didnt hear it.
 



Great dashcam footage here. Very much illustrates the difference in policing. This guy was on video threatening to kill people and was said to have pointed a gun while doong so. How do you think cops respond to that if he was black? They treated him with kid gloves and it got them killed.
 



Trial of murderous cop Jason Van Dyke is wrapping up. This should be an easy conviction but you never know with juries. Say you think most cops are dishonest and they wont let you on a jury. Say you think most cops are honest and they see.no problem with that bias.



What should get this cunt convicted, besides the video clearly contradicting his story, is that he continued shooting him after he was on the ground. He says he kept firing because he saw the victim but his palm on the ground to push himself up. Which is no way justifiable when dealing with a person with a small knife. Yeah I know, this man with several bullet wounds is going to get up and rush multiple police officers and stab them..... from 15 feet away.....
 



We got one! Loved how they convicted him for all 16 shots and read each count seperately making him listen to them all. Guilty of first degree murder and 16 counts of a felony eith a firearm... unless he is Jesus Christ risen from the grave he gonna get life.

Here a black man who spent 15 months in jail before being found innocent from shooting a man in self defense. Now comparw this to Amber Guyger. Gets 3 days to get her affairs in order including scrubbing her social media of things that could potentially be evidence against her. She spends 90 minutes in jail for ****ing manslaughter. From my experience in jail no one gets out in less than 8 hours because the staff drag their feet. I have been arrested like 3 times amd every time I spend 8 hours in the last holding cell waiting to be released. I saw one guy have somekind of psycotic episode and they had him in the final holding cell and then released in 15 minutes because they didnt want to deal with it. She also got 300k somewhere to pay bail, probably from the union and is getting free representation by the union.... for an off duty murder. Imagine if BLM was providing bail money and free lawyers to someome who walked into Guygers house and murdered her.
 



The cop who murdered Tamir Rice gets a job as a cop again. Funny how cops think cops who kill 12 year olds deserve a second chance but officers who report on other cops cant get hired.

Kid surrendering to police when the police dog starts viciously biting his arm. Funny how the cop never even considered shooting the dog. A dog the size of my foot barks at a cop and they fear for their lives but when a dog is literally tearing a kids arms to shreds its not an option.
 



And heres the video showing the incident. The boys backpack touched her as he walked by. From the way it looks I dont see any way she could have interpreted that as the kid grabbing her ass. When/if the police arrived she should be arrested for misuse of 911 and/or filing a false police report.
 



Here is a cop caught taking pictures of girls butts at a concert. Despite being caught red handed the cops said they would launch an internal investigation... which means they do nothing for 8 months hoping it goes away so they dont have to fire him. Internal investigation should take about 5 minutes. A cop can be caught masturbating on the 50 yard line during the superb owl and they would still do an "investigation".

What crime is snapping pictures of girls butts?
 
It is not a crime. It is an integrity issue. He is working security not booty patrol. Dont underestimate the catch all power of vague laws. This could easily fit under disorderly conduct. It would probably pass a grand jury.
