Neverending **** the Police thread.

This is a good example of why I lump all cops together as bad. This cops beats up an elderly man. Jury awards the victim 400,000. The police department still defends beating up the elderly man. Cops like to say cops that are caught are just "bad apples" but even when they know who these bad apples are the other cops still support them. Instead of weeding out the bad apples they weed out the good apples who have integrity and report crimes regardless of who they see breaking them.

Heres an incident that shows how police operate. Many of the witnesses criticized the cops for their actions and police retaliated against them. One witness gets arrested 6 months later because he touched one of the cops hands who was doing crowd control.

Cops only interviewed witnesses who were not critical of the officers and they were cleared within 24 hours by IAD.

The asshole who got Andrew Finch killed by Swatting him gets only 20 years in prison. He could have faced 25 but prosecutors only asked for 20 because he wrote apology letters to the cops and the family....... The cop who murdered Andrew will not face charges. In their attempt to punish every but the killer they have also charged the intended victim as a co-conspirator for allegedly baiting people to SWAT him..... This is a tragic story that just keeps getting worse. The family was forced at gun point to exit the house stepping over Andrew as he was still breathing... lying there dying. His Neice commited suicide almost a year after Andrew's murder. The Niece's boyfriend who found her dead body also committed suicide. This is why I have no sympathy for dead cops. They have no sympathy for this family. The traumatized them to the point that they are commiting suicide and they dont give two ****s. You think its bad when a cop is killed... its a million times worse when your loved one gets murdered and the murderer doesnt even face a trial. I hope some die today to cheer me up.

Red area has smaller population than US prison population

With that in mind what does it say about law enforcement that think the problem is that we aren't tough enough on crime? It's become a self fulfilling prophecy. Prisons are just college for criminals along with high risks for developing or exacerbating serious mental illness. I wonder who profits off this meat grinder of a justice system? Who benefits from an endless pipeline of easy to catch criminals? With drugs it's practically shooting fish in a barrel in poor areas. That's some good job security.

Wow. This is another reason we need bodycams. Not just to record the bad, not just to record evidence, but to show the good done by officers too.

Former police officer fired several times for being an asshole gets arrested for impersonating a police officer after he asked for professional courtesy on a traffic stop. It goes on to show his performance evaluation and complaints against him. He committed numerous crimes as a cop and I think he would have been okay if he just wasn't an asshole to other cops as pointed out in his performance review. End of the day he only gets 12 months probation.

NY taxpayers payout 865k to a man illegally arrested for filing a stop and frisk. The victim was well known to police as a non violent observer of police. You can hear audio of cops cheering as they brought him in to jail. They got to human trafficking their critic and violate his basic human rights and suffer no consequences. When is the NYPD union protest to have the officer pay back the 865k?

Colorado Sheriffs office to pay 3.6 million to their victim. Staff at a sober living facility called the cops on a resident they said might hurt herself because her mother was dying. Cops knock on her door. She tells them she is fine but that she is naked and going to take a shower. Cops come in anyways. Woman is mad that they barged in with her being naked. They arrest her. At the jail they strap her down to a restraint chair naked and taser her a few times. But dont worry. No cops were harmed.

Welllllllll gather round chilrun its story time. So today I got stopped not far from home for an expired inspection sticker. I thought I had 30 days after to get it, apparently its 5 business days. Now I just got off work and smoked 3 blunts on my way home. Literally put out the third blunt as he saw my vehicle. This is just before a red light at an intersection. He pulls behind me, turns the lights on as it goes green and I pull into the gas station at the corner. I roll down my window and turn off my car knowing I am dead to rights. My license is supended and I have no insurance. This is a motorcycle cop and to top it off he pulled me over for a tail light being out about a year ago in the same spot but without any marijuana. He let me go then. This is now the second time. He asks me if my license is suspended, I tell him yes because he gone find out anyway. He walks back to his vehicle. I pretty much hanged my head in defeat feeling arrest was inevitable. As I wait a Sheriff passes by and I can hear him ask "whats up". I cant hear the reply. Cop walks back to my door with a ticket and an electronic thing to sign and send me on my way. I stopped at the gas station for about 10 minutes pondering what just happened. Does this make the cop a good person or a good cop? I cant help but wonder what if I was black or brown? Would this white cop have let me go both times? I cant say for sure but my theory is that it has more to do with the area. I lived in good areas for all of my adult life except for a few years in what some say is a bad area. I didnt find it that way but I literally lived across the street from where the cops in the area would refill their gas. All or my time in the good area I had no problems. Mever paid tickets and never had a problem. Moved to the bad area and got a few tickets and they literally sent people looking for me over traffic tickets. Thats where I started getting arrested over and over for not paying their tickets. Eventually costing me my job and nearly made me homeless. Got the **** out of that part of town. Been stopped 4 times since living in better areas with suspended license and fines to pay. Not arrested.
