Neverending **** the Police thread.

Heres a video from a youtube channel where a former cop goes over police videos/issues. This is such an absurd case. 3 cops responding to a welfare check this guys mom had called in. At the start of the video they say to him "we arent here to hurt you" then they kick in the door, yell at him to get on the floor, give him a very short time to comply then sick the dog on him. They continue to let the dog chew on him after he is on the ground and they have his arms. One of the cops tells him to be quiet repeatedly as he screams in pain from the dog chewing on his leg. This guy spent 1 month in the hospital from these dog bites. On a welfare check..... No charges against the officers but tax payers had to write a big check. The k9 officer has a long list of abuse complaints and is currently the target of 4 federal lawsuits......

63 year old Navy veteran filming in the local park talking about God. Police officer comes up to him and tells him the park is closed. The victim says he didnt know and agreed to leave. Then the cop says "whats in your hand". Spoiler, he had nothing in his hand other than the camera. The cop then throws him to the ground. Accuses him of throwing something.... which is never found..... and then arrests him for resisting an officer. Lesson here is, dont be black in public.

You see Oakland pd asking for battery charges for the raptors President?

Yeah, he just won the nba championship and wanted to beat cops

Gming while black

I looked up the situation you are talking about and I dont see any problem with charging him, my problem is that if the situation was reversed there would be an 8 month internal investigation by the officers BFF's whose goal is to clear him by any means possible. Any decent lawyer is going to tear this case to shreds. If anything this should be handled by the NBA league office. The cop was working for the NBA at the time, in an NBA arena, in a altercation with an NBA employee at his job.

This isnt about the law this is about vengeance. Worst crime in america is Contempt of Cop. Remember what happened to Michael Bennett after he filed a lawsuit against Las Vegas PD? Charged with a bogus case. Doesnt matter if he is innocent. Everyone saw him arrested and appearing in court on the charges and no one remembers that they dropped the charges because that doesnt make headlines. It wasnt an accident.

Question for the rest of you. Do you think its reasonable for a police officer to force a minor to masturbate while he and other cops watch in order to take a picture of his erect penis for evidence?

Cop punches a random elderly couple windshield breaking it. The DPS supervisor admits it happened and said Ann internal investigation was launched. I just donr understand what the purpose of an internal investigation is other than to stall and try to find an angle to defend the cop. Its clear a crime was committed. There is probable cause to arrest and charge the cop. If you punch in a cops window there won't be an investigation there will be an immediate arrest and charges.

That cop is claiming he suffered a concussion and is on medical leave. If he is lying it sounds like he might have committed numerous crimes. Filing a false police report and medical/insurance fraud.

From what I have seen of the video the cop is enraged that an uppity black man isnt bowing to his authority and wants to beat that man so bad. He is almost literally shooting steam from the ears. I wonder who it is that was holding him back. My guess is he does the hiring/PayPal mg because anyone else touching that cop like that he would beat them till they are brain dead.

This video perfectly shows how cops can make anything they want illegal using vague laws and the publics perception of cops as honest. If not for these cops confiscating this guys camera with it recording it would be this guys word vs multiple cops. No chance he wins. And even if he does he would have to hire a good lawyer who would cost 100 times the costs of the fine. Either way you lose and the cops have no consequences for making a bad arrest if the victim wins the case. I think its very simple. Cops needs to be recorded at all times while working in public. Their word is not good enough. Thats not my fault, thats their fault for protecting the bad apples instead of weeding them out. Instead they weed out the good apples for minor infractions but rehire cops that were fired for murdering people.

https://theappeal.org/floridians-are-suing-a-cop-fired-for-planting-drugs-in-their-vehicles/

Florida cop caught planting drugs on people to frame them. An assistant states attorney whose job was to review evidence started noticing some warning signs about Officer Wester. The ASA started reviewing his body cam and found he was planting evidence. The ASA shared the information with his department and he was fired a few weeks later. The ASA said she was berated by her boss for finding the evidence so she quit the next day.

Black hospital patient asks his doctor if he can go for a walk. While walking around the parking lot in hospital gown with an IV drip the security guard confronts them and calls the police. He is accused of stealing the hospital property....... but thats not what he was arrested for. He was arrested for "Disorderly conduct and obstructing a police investigation". Video was taken of the incident and from what I see I dont see anyone being disorderly. Maybe he didnt have his ID stuffed up his ass ready to present to a police officer considering he was wearing a hospital gown. Point being, they were not arrested for what they were accused of. Most likely this is another case of using "Disorderly Conduct" as a catch all since people falsely accused are going to be pretty passionate when falsely accused.
