Here is the footage of the mass shooting by a cop in a costco. He alleges he was attacked by a retarded man and shot in self defense. He also shot both of his parents. In this video you can clearly see the Dad and the son are away from the officer and killer cop shoots the Dad who is between them so he can get a clear shot on his son. That there isnt even a trial based on this is not acceptable.

Here is a public defender eviscerating our corrupt justice system. First he gives the story of a young black man falsely arrested for trying to run over a cop. He is charged with multiple felonies and sent to Rikers Island to await trial based solely on the word of the cop that he had to jump out of the way to avoid being run over. Eventually the public defender found surveillance video from a buisness that showed it was a complete fabrication. The young black man was facing 15 years in prison. The cop got probation and was not even required to post a bail spending zero time in jail. The public defender goes even further and calls it the judge who has a track record of always giving cops probation no matter the crime. He cites examples of 2 NYPD cops who had sex in exchange for letting a girl go. An NYPD cop who shot a guy twice in the face and planted a knife near his body. Anotherwqs given probation for manslaughter and official misconduct. He also cites a teen who got 19 years for an accidental fire that killed a first responder. This is the system that IMPOTUS says no one has ever been victimized like he has.... handcuff him to a radiator and forcibly hold him against it until he confesses.... that's the MO of the Chicago cops he loves so much.
 
Good stuff. The vast majority of police corruption and criminality stems from a lack of accountability and oversight. A persons willingness to commit a crime is directly related to their perception of their chances to get caught. Police have used their unions and general goodwill people have towards them to create an accountability system that is designed to protect them. My gripe is that while they advocate for all these special rights they lobby to make it easier to investigate the rest of us. They say if we had those rights a lot of bad people would escape justice. Well, duh, that's the point. They take the phrase "better to let a 100 guilty go free than convict one innocent person" literally when it comes to them and lobby for "it's better to lock up 100 innocent people to ensure 1 guilty person doesnt escape justice" for everyone else.

Perfect example of why cops need to buy liability insurance. An insurance company will want to make money so they will weed out the bad risks. One caveat I would want is that the insurance company is only liable when there is a criminal conviction of the cop. Pay out say 50% for a misdemeanor and 100% for felonies. This is key to me because it incentives being aggressive with charging and prosecuting cops. If they want to protect a cop from charges instead the the city will have to pay the lawsuit.
 


Guy shoots at and hits 2 cops last night. Walks into a police station and shoots another cop. Clearly this is because President Obama doesnt show enough respeckt to police.
