This is an uncomfortable truth that few will want to discuss. It's TRUE that its disproportionately against black people relative to population size, but does seem proportional based on crime rates.

But the biggest part of this statistic that jumps out to me is that only 41 people were killed last year. That doesnt seem to support the narrative of people being hunted down (less than 10 blacks).
