For example, the Hartford Police Department did not report the case of Matthew Russo, a 26-year-old man who died after he was Tasered last April — until researchers upfollowed up.

The results look at percentage of each group who get some sort of warning before they are tased.

With whites 60% are threatened or warned, 40% actually tased.

Blacks 19% get warned, 81% get tased.

Can they do a follow up? Since this happened under the calmer in chief Obama id have to imagine the racist rhetoric of trump made these figures worse right?

I've noticed the goal posts always seem to change on why we need riots. It starts with Cops targeting black people to there's a bit of a discrepancy in who gets tased. Eventually after looking at the stats we'll get complaints about gerrymandering and how riots are necessary due to that. My questions to leftists would be how many lost lives are these protests worth? Can you prove to me that the protests were worth the sacrifice? Those are two fair questions.

How often is this happening - we don't hear about the people that didn't die.
That question speaks to the problem at the heart of police brutality.

Democrats and leftists were terrified that the true issues in the black communitiy were getting better. That is what this is about.

After decades of broken promises, primarily from the principal race baiter Obama, they had to act fast. They couldn't actually allow someone they called a racist endlessly for 4 years be one of the principal factors for pushing race relations into the future.

All of the remaining issues are primarily economically driven.
