Neverending **** the Police thread.

faux outrage and pedantic what ifs...the boomer way

but when there is a genuine violation of our freedom of expression...crickets

What people DO NOT get angry about is just as revealing as what they DO get angry about.

If someone was silent about Floyd's death, and are now irate over the destruction during the riots, they are part of the problem. I recommend working on self awareness so they can recognize that fact.

But they won't...all they'll do is spout off a constant string of yeahbutwhatabouts explaining it away.

No, the anger comes only when the privilege of the privileged class is threatened.

It is literally the defining characteristic of being a Conservative. They quite literally want things to remain as is so they can continue to enjoy the privileged position. They simply don't have the self awareness to realize it, or the humility to admit it.

So the statue of the guy who locked up Americans based on nothing but their skin color is off limits?

That's a little weird

Anyone looking for an example of a false equivalency, look no farther than right here. A tried and true logical fallacy employed by conservatwits.

Toppling monuments built 50+ years after the civil war during the Jim Crowe era to intimidate blacks, or memorials commemorating slavery and/or the war to preserve slavery is equal to destroying monuments of US presidents according to the boomer I quoted. I’ll leave it to the reader to determine how moronic that comparison is.

Sound logic...it’s not everyone’s cup of tea.

Things are fluid... if FDR's statute is toppled tonight, the left will support it. The left will support whatever the protesters do as righteous

Columbus went down bc of his being erected after jim crow to intimidate blacks, or something...

He had to go

My question still stands, whether these statues deserve to be there or not, do we citizens have the authority to tear any down we dont like?

Bc the list is long... including the dude who locked up people based on their skin color.

I dont think you've addressed any point in this thread

All I remember is "there's nothing to discuss"

Typical old man argument.

Sad!

I wonder how pissed black people are when they realize it's just white liberals riling them up and using them?

Is antifa ellison going to release the body cam footage which from numerous reports will show Floyd VIOLENTLY resisting arrest or wait till the left moves on to their next faux outrage so that people don't realize how stupid memorializing a scumbag was?

Says the Trump supporter. HHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH. Amazing that you take refusal to release evidence as proof of guilt for everyone but Trump. If Floyd raped 12 women in the process of the being arrested there was still no reason to do what those murderers did. What I want to know is why so many of the people who have chosen the cops side no matter how bad the evidence against them are so accepting of this as murder of Floyd. I know I have posted no less than 100 incidents worse than what happened to Floyd and "the right" takes the cops side every time. What changed with Floyd? It wasnt that it was on tape.
