Neverending **** the Police thread.

This woman wasnt even a part of the protest. She was just driving. Did a U-turn to avoid protestors and cops pulled her from the vehicle and beat the **** out of her. And no cops have been charged.....

Colorado strips qualified immunity from their cops which was never given via law in the first place. It was put in place by highly biased court judges. Also mandates that body cam footage be released unedited within 21 days of a official complaint. Good steps. Next step is getting rid of the officers that complain about it the most. If you need immunity from the law to police then you are a crook using a badge to get away with your crimes imo.

I dont know how to embed twatter videos but the video is at the link. It is of the incident in Minneapolis where Jaleel Stallings was found not guilty after returning fire on cops. The man surrendered immediately upon seeing it was cops. Threw the gun away and got on the ground with his hands behind his head. So the cops just beat him up anyways. This was a year and a half ago. Wtf arent these cops in jail? In the cops statement he says when approaching the man who was on the ground he couldnt see the weapon so he kicked him in the head. Wtf. The man suffered numerous injuries including a fractured orbital bone. He could not have done anything more to not get beat up. But you know what,Mr. Stallings gets arrested and charged immediately. It will be years afterwards that these cops are arrested and it will only be because of public outcry.

Yeah, this one seems pretty messed up. I could understand it if he'd been shot prior to surrendering. Beating him down afterwards just seems like someone got scared out of their pants and wanted vengeance.

Here’s the video

There’s a reason people don’t like cops, trust cops and songs like “**** the police” are out there

Just another example in a long list of reasons

And Muhammed Noor has his murder charge overturned by Minnesota Supreme Court. Now only doing 5 years for murdering Justine Damond. Absolutely disgusting. If this isnt murder I dont know wtf murder is. I dont know if there is a means to remove supreme court justices nut they need to use it. I would sure love to see if there were any improper conversations between these justices and police officials about the case. Just a matter of time till Chaivins is reversed by a judge too.

What’s the lesson? Take out your phone and film it.

Case after case only sees justice when videos appear.

It’s unfair but it’s 2021 and that’s the tool we must use.

I **** you not cops use the excuse "well cameras dont tell the whole story" when they are caught by their body cams. I have never once heard that argument by a cop for someone elses innocence. Cameras only lie when its filming a cop apparently

And that’s how we know there is no real system of justice.

If video & community advocacy are required, then it means

the legal system itself is not the real advancer of justice.

Without the video this case is never even brought to trial.

Without the love of a black parent, this case never goes to trial

Heres a good recent article about how the growing surveillance state is making it hard for police to be corrupt. I think its pretty easy to sort out the bad apples. Those against body cams are the bad apples. The good apples want the body cams to defense themselves from frivilous complaints and to provide evidence for the case. Cops really opposed body cams because their word is treated like the word of god in most court rooms. If that cop says you did a 20 foot jumping double roundhouse kick it didnt matter if you are in a wheel chair.

Agreed video saved Rittenhouse too.

Can't trust the state to prosecute fairly

Cant trust the state to prosecute fairly is something I have been trying to get across. Local prosecutors can decide somethings not a crime just by refusing to prosecute. What the FBI ought to be doing is intercepting the police unions threatening a DA if they prosecute a cop. They should be sending undercover agents into these prosecutors offices to get them to admit they are striking jurors simply because they are black. These are all open secrets we all know is going on.

The police propaganda machine is in full swing. The National Police Assoc.

is running a campaign called Stop Filming & Start Helping.

A better campaign might be to just Stop Killing Us

Heres another video for my "when people ask me why I hate cops" file. If people in this situation pulled a gun and shoots the cops I would support them. I dont give a **** what law any government makes right and wrong still apply and this **** is as wrong as it gets.
