its a situation where an old man who spent his whole life telling himself "i am intelligent" having been mentally broken from an orange dude he will never met.

the humiliation he has had to face from random strangers on a baseball board has been tough on him. he is one of the most ignorant people in our country... and he has lost his mind along with his relevance to society. now in his bitterness he takes it out on his students and young people, hoping they are as big of failures as he is

Oh look, the cops actually did the right thing for once. There were false reports of gunshots. Police came and took up a position and tried giving orders to whobthey thought was a suspect. Community members surrounded the person, confirmed he had no weapon, and asked the police to not endanger everyone by escalating to violence. And instead of beating up the citizens they claim to be there to protect they left. No evidence was found of any shot being fired. No one was in danger. Kudos to them for not causing a massive lawsuit because they see butt hurt.
 


This right here is the epitome of the problem I have with police and policing. Only a sociopath could arrest a young man and try to ruin his life for charges that are obviously false. Could you do that to a person? And they will send this sociopath cop back out on the streets. The courts will treat this as a minor thing but its not. That guy was taken against his will, hand cuffed, locked in cage, had to spend the night in a cage with actual criminals, had his car towed, had to pay bail, and likely faced punishment by the school/football team. And thats without ever being convicted of any crime. A judge even if he wins the lawsuit will say this is all a minor thing and award him like 5-10k and the people responsible will never face any of those consequences the victim faced. Heck, it probably wont even be their money he gets. If Cops job is to protect people the rest of them should be mad as hell that an innocent person was harmed, but no, they dont give two ****s. They should view a cop victimizing an innocent person like a firefighter who starts fires. Theres no consequences for cops who make bad arrests. Fortunately this kid acted better than 99.99% of people his age in that situation and is doing his fighting in court. I wish more people acted like him when cops were in the wrong, but courts give out the big payments to people who act a fool and get their head caved in.
 
They are wrong. They treat these lawsuits as an inevitability rather than fixing the problem. Heres a novel concept, how about the city of Louisville actually audit their cops to make sure they are obeying the law BEFORE they cost the city millions of dollars. The answer is because too many cops would be caught breaking the law. One thing I find really ironic is cops make a big deal about people who say bad things about cops because they are simply just enforcing the law but there is nothing close to the sheer hatred cops have for anyone investigating them or trying to enforce the law on them.
 


Just stunning compilation of criminals with a badge in Cleveland. And they were this bold knowing they were wearing bodycams. And they just want us to assume that all these other cops in Cleveland didnt know this **** was going on. I have seen cops say before they refuse to work with certain other cops because they are dirty. They are cops, sworn to uphold the law and protect the public and they know someone is using the badge to commit crimes against the public and do nothing and because they arent directly involved they get the benefit of the doubt? These cops will get a fraction of the time these victims would get for sneezing on these cops. There should be a 10 times multiplier on sentencing for crimes committed using a badge. There are all these kinds of overlapping laws like possessing a firearm while committing a crime and **** like that but you never see it used on a cop when they commit crimes. Absolute hore****.
 



Heres a cop beating a man for no reason. This was years ago. Guess what sentence he got........ 2 years probation. Never spent a day in jail. For using his authority to physically beat someone. That victim did that to the cop he is looking at 10+ years. This is what I talk about when I say unequal justice. Kill a cop get the death penalty. Cop walks into your home and murders you in cold blood and 10 years in protective custody in a minimum security prison. Beat up a cop you are lucky to get 10 years. Cop beats you up they get probation.
 


This is why we need a mechanism for civilians to charge cops with crimes when the DA wont prosecute. Imagine cops breaking into your home, pointing guns and you and your kids like this and think theres nothing wrong about it. The cops failed to do literally any police work to verify the information they had which was supposedly given them when they arrested a drug dealer. Cops dont do one thing to verify anything about this apartment first yet a judge rubber stamps it. Whats the point of needing a warrant if a judge will rubber stamp anything the cops bring to them. A drug dealers word is worth almost nothing in a court of law unless they are accusing other citizens. So they do no work to verify anything before getting the warrant. Arguably a crime of negligence. Beyond that the warrant says the need to knock , they dont. Whats the point of the warrant if the officers can just ignore what it says. There a word for doing something not legally authorized, a crime, but it will never be treated as such. You can see the cops in the video acknoledge when they realize they had the wrong place. They then continue to search...... they are legally required to abort when they know they have the wrong address. Thats another thing called a crime. Whats the point of laws and warrants if cops can just break them and their BFF DA just refuses to prosecute?
 


I cant make this. A black man with mental issues checks himself into a hospital because he believes police are out to get him. When he is released and starts walking home police sick a k9 on him and arrest him accusing him of being an escaped inmate....... You can see from the video the guy offers minimul resistance yet cops even after knowing they just attacked an innocent guy arrest him for "evading arrest". There are no consequences for these kinds of bad arrests. No accountability whatsoever.
 


Cop responds to a call of a white man with a gun that threatened an employee at a hotel. So what does the cop do? Hold the first black person he sees at gunpoint and belittles him for being upset that someone is pointing a gun at him. And his punishment for pointing his gun at a person he knew was not the suspect and endangering that person life is a two week suspension and demotion. Point a gun at a cop for reason you knew damn well was false and you are looking at years in prison if they dont shoot you. A report of a white man with a gun doesnt mean you get to hold any black person you see at gun point, well, I guess it does.
