Yeah, he's probably DFA'd. AA did this to get Kelenic.

My main takeaways are Kelenic will be given every opportunity to be the everyday LF, Grissom is expendable but a legit LF option if Kelenic flops, Gonzales is likely our new No. 5 and the Braves have way more money available than any of you dumbasses seem to realize.

I’d agree LF is set now. Get a good SP and backup INF.

I'd be fine with Griss and Kelenic in LF. But we still need another SP. Use Elder in a package for a SP, and we're good to go.

Agreed. If we go the trade route then Cease and Glasnow are probably the only 2 difference makers available.

Kelenic actually hit LHP better this year (small sample caveats noted).

It’s nice of AA to acknowledge Grissom’s existence but he’s clearly had the “for sale” sign hung around his neck.

He was basically the same as Rosario last year with a ton more upside. Dude was the #3 prospect in all of baseball just in 2021 in a terrible player development organization. You’re whining about taking a chance on big time talent for basically only giving up money which have **** loads of

I am fully aware of his prospect pedigree. I just don’t think his talent or tools align with where he was ranked. If AA thinks he can squeeze value out of him, great. I was hoping for a better bat in LF. Disappointed that this is what we end up with. But AA is a great GM, he could still have great moves up his sleeve.

I wouldn't mind Stroman, Rodriguez, or trading for one of Glasnow/Cease.

Kelenic isn’t a FA till 2029 and has a ton of potential. I could see him having a huge year here with this offense. And he can play all 3 OF spots.
