oppression AND tyranny

What constitutional right exists to eat in a restaurant. What provision in the constitution sets the standard for how do deal with it?

You're comparing eating in vs. taking out food to voting. Which isn't shocking as you're a big fan of false equivalencies.

whether something is racist or not has nothing to do with the constitution.

the mayor of DC has instituted a policy that make it to where presumably black people can't have the same freedoms as white people.

I don't care about what's in the constitution... is it racist or not?

(also - im glad you no longer believe there should be restrictions on buying a gun)

I also love that people always skip over the “well regulated” part of the 2nd amendment though

I’m guessing cause it doesn’t work for their thoughts on it and hate the idea of the slave owning so called freedom loving white men also believed in regulations

There's nothing in the constitution about the sale of modern day fire arms either.

Again, I know you know nothing of nuance or subtlety. I get it. I'm not here to debate it.

Is requiring DC citizens to have proof of their ID to validate their vaccination racist or not?

You were definitive that it was racist for voting in GA... if this is not racist, please explain why?

Wait...are you suggesting that well regulated implied the same meaning 250 years ago that it would today? I thought you were well educated?

I'm still waiting on goldy or zito to explain to me why this dc requirement is NOT racist?

"it's not a constitutional right" has nothing to do with racism.

you'll wait forever cause i don't give a **** what you want and you don't dictate what i will do

i posted that i laughed about your 2nd amendment stance and that you finally admitted you don't care whats in the constitution

and then you decided to ask me some stupid ass ****

i in no way think anything from 250 years ago means a damn thing it means today

but please

go on

Why is it racist?

I know what you'll attempt to cite but looking at numbers yes the black population of DC is less vaccinated than the White and API. But except for young kids their rates are right with white people, Overall 40% of the black population is vaccinated, compared to 45% of the white population. For something to be racist it has to confer a clear advantage or disadvantage to a race.

No. Why is requiring a photo ID in this case, NOT racist, as you said above?

It's painfully obvious you simply use the race card when it fits your agenda and we all know your incapable of making the argument why the OD requirement is racist in one setting (voting), but not in this setting.

Better to just run away like you always do

I’m not free to do so

This thread has pointed out so much oppression and tyranny that it makes it unable to do so

Obviously

But I’ve already answered you though
