Political Correctness

you have apparently never been to NY and if you were never strayed from your hotel
Ever been to Amsterdam or Hamburg. I understand Copenhagen has it's own risque vibe.
Never been there - yet
Bangkok and Saigon during the war - the **** this kid does was really kind of sophomoric.
There are a lot of movies depicting NY in that era . Both drama's and documentaries -- or even listen to bands like Velvet underground or NY Dolls.
The word sophomoric comes up a lot around you. do you get that in real life too?
Do you have a real life ?

Get out of the house and away from the screen Grasshopper --- big world out there and a lot of different people.
They wont hurt you and no reason to crowd thethe under the bed

I would answer that I live in DC and travel to NYC 6 times a year, SF 4 times a year, and Seattle 2 times a year.

But the last time I answered your direct question about my personal experience, you then told me you didn't care about my personal experience.

So not sure how to address your post, other than I'm sad those 10 year old is being exploited the way he is

Reasonable leftist tweets that Ben Shapiro is a good guy and worth a follow for a different perspective.

Reasonable leftist gets bullied into Oblivion by the tolerant leftist mob.

Reasonable leftist forced to apologize

Meanwhile, the President caring so much about this is beyond weird and way more concerning to me than the Russia press conference

The remedy for speech you disagree with is more speech. Absent inciting a riot or speech while on the clock, I don't think speech should be punished. Not by the government and not by people.

The reason we have a first amendment is to encourage free and open discourse. While it only protects against the government, groups of private citizens are just as big of a threat to speech as the government.

I’m starting to think that Trump’s base is disproportionately motivated by racist dog whistles.

He needs to keep his base woke while the non-existent nothing burger heat from the Russia investigation is looming in the shadows.

Have you not watched any of his "events" lately? They're nothing but regurgitated lines from a year ago or even 2 years ago. When the crowd starts getting dull all he needs to do is start USA chants or start saying LOCK HER UP and the crowd is energized again.

Ahh yes... the pro-liberty candidate in MO is making some headway against the establishment... gets accused of working for Russians, and his account get temporarily banned.

What makes me laugh about this post - from a very respectable source - is that the first point acknowledges that it's only safe to state your opinion as long as it aligns with democratic views

Figured this might have come up by now but guess not...

Did the folks who were find with Williamson's firing also support the NYT with their recent hire of Sarah Jeong?
