Thats what I meant was about the pitching staff. The pen has carried them bc the starters only need 5 good innings and the pen can do the rest. Think if Holland had been healthy. They have a very consistent offense as well. Dayton Moore has done a great job there.

What a game!!

Matt Harvey was dealing, and I do not disagree with letting him go out there in the 9th to finish the game. He simply ran out of gas. When a guy is dealing like Harvey was, you aren't going to beat him that often. It takes a pesky line up like the Royals have to do it.

Also, I don't care what anyone says. There is no way football or basketball is better than this. Games like this are why baseball is the greatest sport that was ever created.

The mistake was in not walking Hosmer after the stolen base.
