Race

Ah - Real evidence.

Can you describe to me how one would identify if voter fraud existed in the mail in ballot system?

same way we identify it with a system that requires id's

this year I voted in a state that requires id

my id was not checked

so much for a system that requires id's being foolproof

That’s not an answer.

How would you identify fraud if it existed?

That's great... but if requireling an ID to vote is racist, why is requiring an ID to pick up groceries not racist?

Again, voting is a right, buying something from Walmart is not. Walmart can require you to hop on one leg while signing kumbaya to shop there if they want. But since when did Walmart require IDs to buy food?

It certainly does. If something is used to deny people of a specific race from their rights its racist. Also, when did Walmart start requiring ID?

i don't have to do it

in our system each party is highly motivated to detect and take action (within our legal system) against fraud that works against their interests

your boy brought dozens of lawsuits and got laughed out of court each time

Ah the argument that court cases were decided on the merits of the case. Cute argument.

You still have no clue how fraud could be identified and yet you claim it didn’t happen.

Sad

You have to have more than just accusations to get a case heard. Cases where they wanted voters disenfranchised because Trump didnt like something about how the election was run were never going to win, no court is going to disenfranchise voters because of something the voter couldnt control. Many of these cases were about things that Trump sued about before the election and loss. There was no point in hearing cases like that. In almost all cases Trumps argument was "well if you let us look we think we might find something". Thats not going to get a lawsuit to proceed, ever.

The system does have the ability to throw out elections marred by fraud. A congressional election in North Carolina had to be redone a few years ago. But there was actual for real evidence in that case. Sadly for very chosen one's acolytes there was no evidence of the same kind of fraud in 2020. Nor was there any in the races in Arizona in 2022 that the local denialists continue to refuse to concede. They've had their day in court. Many days in court. When you don't have evidence all you have left to do is whine and cry.

Yes aware of the fact that standing was used as an excuse to not investigate legitimate evidence of voter fraud.

You know how any audit is done in business world to identify material misstatements in financials.

Describe actual evidence and how it can be obtained.

dude...you can use a search engine as well as anyone...look up the North Carolina case...also a more recent case in Bridgeport Connecticut...the system is capable of adjudicating actual for real instances of fraud...when yaknow this thang called evidence exists.

Oh the Bridgeport case with clear ballot dumping into drop boxes?

Voting isn’t a ‘right’ That’s your problem.

Voting isn’t a ‘right’

Cool so all convicted Felons can vote?

It’s a privilege

Follow the checklist. It's right there.

though in modern prisons released felons probably should be allowed to vote since prisons basically are involuntary servitude.

Cool. So where does it explicitly say you have a right to vote?

You have a right to bear arms and free speech but what passage explicitly says you have a right to vote?

Why are the leftists so stupid to understand that "rights" have nothing to do with a racism

A person has a right to call a black person the n word.. that's racist, but it is their right

Back to the topic... why is requiring an OD to vote, racist, bit requiring an ID to pick up groceries not racist?
