Are the courts where we dispose of whether the cops were justified or not?
Of course. I'm not an advocate of lynching them. I'm opposed to that kind of stuff. In case you're wondering.

I'm sure there's an example, but refresh my memory on mass protesting over a black cop killing a white people in the last 5 years
Actually it goes through local proseuters.
As in Brianna Taylor.
Then to court.
You knew that
Seems most are... sorta. You know like burning down cities and such
My point was that the historical context matters.
People aren't protesting about ONE killing of a black man by a white cop. They're protesting ANOTHER killing of a black man by a white cop.
Well just to make sure there is no misunderstanding, I'm opposed to burning down cities, vigilante violence, breaking windows and similar activities.

Had Kapernick ( and those before him) been taken seriously and this issue addressed in good faith ...
Perhaps we wouldnt be here.
Looking at footage from riots in the 60's the overriding isdue was ... police brutality.
LJust recently we had posters here defending the legalitu of lynching
Same posters wonder why people burn Papa Johns
there were members of congress who put forward legislation that would make a difference.
Pelosi, as i predicted, didn't even give it a vote
