This is legit hilarious.

What a clown.

Watching receivers on Netflix, man the Niners are effed when Purdy gets paid. Deebo is so much more important to that team than Purdy. I feel like if they're smart they'll trade Purdy and draft someone to replace him.

Jordan Love on one decent season, got 220 Million, 155M guaranteed. What the ****.

So glad the Falcons got Cousins for half the cost (unless they keep him after 2025 which is unlikely)

What kind of stupid contract does that open up for Dak.

Sounds like Dak may reset the market for 60M. I think he'd get it too, from Dallas or someone else. That Love contract is pretty crazy, same with Tua but that's the market. Love has a 34M void year, and the last year is 74M which is probably a dummy year that gets renegotiated by then. It's somewhat team friendly the way it's structured.

155 M guaranteed is not team friendly for someone who played 1 season. And that season wasn't that great.

I mean the Tua one is dumb because his brain is scrambled. But Tua has produced at a high level.

Hahahahahah - Purdy is so good and people like spags know the truth.

What's Purdy's record without Deebo? Compare that to the Niners record with Deebo.

HAHAHA - Purdy was rehabbing the first 10-12 games last year basically.

There is no reasonable argument to be made that Purdy isn't a top 10 QB. Doesn't matter the weapons you still need to read defenses and react quickly while throwing your receivers open through layered windows. There might not be a better QB in the NFL at those things than Purday. Oh, and he just happens to be super athletic with his legs too. Just lacks high end arm strength.

Lets just say hes a better version of Matt Ryan.

Early reports on Cousins are fantastic. Penix too but to a lesser extent with his mistakes.

Gonna be nice to watch a competent QB in Atl

Games 3-5 he was 62/82 845 yards, 7 TDs 0 INTs, 4 Sacks 9.56 NY/A

Games 6-8 he was 55/88 762 Yards 3 TDs 5 INTs 6 sacks 7.6 NY/A

I'll give him a minor pass as he had to deal with the Browns who are defensive beasts. But he still threw 4 picks to the Bengals and VIkings. Who aren't amazing defense but he went off on Dallas who had a great defense last year. Deebo makes a huge difference. Mind you he had everyone else those games, just not Deebo.

Yeah it's been a long long time. Wish we had a better WR1 for him, but I think Mooney is gonna have a massive breakout season at WR2.

This is where I'm at. The Falcons don't have that WR that can do it all. London has the size, catch radius, and hands to be an elite possession receiver but he's visibly slow out there. He's a chain moving, safety blanket type but not a deep threat.

We don't have that Roddy White or Julio Jones type that can rack up high volume moving the ball but also is always a threat to take the top off the defense.

“I told him after we played them, 'you’re only in year two, and I can’t imagine doing the things you’re doing when I was in my second year' and I think his best football is ahead of him.”
