Eli is currently playing with a team very similar to Romo's Cowboys' teams, and look what happens.
Eli's team carried him to two wins. He was always average, and with a bad oline, run game, and defense, he's below average.
Eli would have NEVER won on any of Romo's Cowboy teams. They'd have gone 6-10 every year with him.

The guy has always made poor decisions and bad reads, but frequently got bailed out by his defense or miracle catches in the playoffs. When he has to carry a team, he can't do it. He isn't good enough. You see what happens when Eli has to carry a team the way Romo ALWAYS has, and it aint pretty.
