REAL FOOTBALL Thread

Outside of the first half of the fourth quarter, that was the most impressive win for the Dallas Cowboys in the Jason Garrett era. A great night. Hopefully they can keep the ball rolling.
 
It's so nice having a great offensive line. For too long the Cowboys went with a poor one and Romo suffered most for it. Running the football works. Doesn't hurt Murray is a monster. Might be the best RB in the league right now.
But no the Cowboys aren't better than Washington............

Racist? Cam called him that. How is it racist? He's just saying he's a big monstrous type player IMO. Watt could be explained the same way.
 
The Eagles high-powered, dynamic offense scored 0 points yesterday. That's what happens when Riley Cooper is your #2 WR and you actually experience some injuries, unlike last year.

..And when he actually has to do a lot against a good team. If Shady isn't running wild and the o-line isn't great, he struggles. Struggles to make decisions or make good throws. He's not someone that can be relied upon yet on his own against good teams. He needs a lot of help.

Next time you approach a large black man, go ahead and call him Donkey Kong and see how that works out for you. Comparing a guy to a monkey seems racist to me. But it didn't bother me. Just funny how some people react to some things and not others

Losing Suh would suck. But it's also tough for me to justify paying a DT over $20M a year. He's probably worth it, but we can sure use that money to get secondary help.
 
Reggie Bush is extremely talented. Wouldn't call him "good" though. At least not to this point of the season.

Suh isnt getting 20 mil a year, thats because of his rookie deal and how its structured, i would guess he wants/gets around 13-15 mil a year, still alot for him, but i agree mostly.
 
Suh, while great, is a little overrated, imo. I don't see the Warren Sapp type of player everyone said he would be. He's still great, but I don't consider him a generation talent or even a franchise cornerstone like Sapp was.

I'd give him, 5 yrs 60 million with 45 guarenteed, but not much more than that.
