Undocumented in HS wouldn't be unusual depending on where you went to HS at. Not exactly first class medical staffs.
 
They have made a ton of mistakes the past few years, but I have to hand it to the Redskins. They are having my favorite offseason of any team this far. Love their coaching staff hires, the new GM, and it looks like they are going to get Fangio/Donatell too.

Things are looking good giles.

Yeah, now the issue is to exercise some patience. We haven't had a true, legitimate GM since 1999 (Vinny Cerrato and Mike Shanahan do not count). Its going to take some time to build the team up through the draft. Im not sure Im sold on Gruden, but the pieces are in place for a player personnel guy and the defense. I think this I the ideal setup for the Skins. Snyder stays out of it except to talk to Bruce Allen, who is team president. Allen is perfect in that role (basically a bridge) as he's not a player personnel guy and he realized that and went after SM.

WELL ACTUALLY.............

His leadership has never been questioned......go read or listen to any of the CFB guys, they all say he's a tremendous leader on and off the field.

It's when you blindly defend said player and shout down any criticism and try to call him better than superior guys at the position that it becomes an issue

How is using facts and stats "blinding defending" a player? It's not like I'm saying Tebow > Luck

Wilsons playoff numbers ARE better than Lucks, that's not really up for debate.
 
And Fangio changes his mind and goes to Bears. Can't say I blame him. Job security (at least a couple years) and working with another defensive coach. Also far more talent on defense in Chicago.

Guess the Skins get stuck with Joe Berry....yippee! Lets not hire Wade because he's old!
 
I am just glad Lord Fangio is going out of division. I mean we aren't competing anytime soon, but part of me wanted him to go to Seattle or Arizona as DC and absolutely destroy the 49ers.
