Yes, it is guaranteed.

They still want guaranteed LT money.

Julio sitting out would be like Dez sitting out last year. If Julio is franchised and just signs it right away and reports, good for him. That doesn't always happen with player, though.

Fwiw, no on is comparing the two except you. I fully understand that the situations are different, I just posted a rotoworld blurb.

I really can't wait for the first shoe to drop. All 3 WR are seemingly waiting on the first one to sign as it sets the market. THey're all rough equivalents in terms of talent ability and value, so when one signs the other 2 can go and point. They're basically playing the waiting game with the GM to pay the most first. They'll all get paid, it's just waiting to see how much. Demarius BTW is the one I expect to see blink last. Seemingly Denver doesn't really care about long term, their success is primarily Peyton based so paying guys especially WRs big if you lose your QB would not be the wisest.

I think it's pretty clear Dez is the first guy to be signed. He's the most important to his team for the now and the long haul.

I think Dez and Julio are pretty equally important. THough I'll agree Ryan is more valuable to the Falcons than Romo to the Cowboys because he's better :FrediConfident:

Dez is the best out of all of them. I know its not a widely held belief but I think he is the best receiver in the league. Aside from Torrey Smith of course.

lol.
Ok, I should re-phrase: Dez is super important, and his situation is more dire at the moment. Julio has another year until he can be franchised.

It's really hard to argue that either are better after last year.
The fact that he's basically unstoppable in the red zone is huge.

One is a head case and the other isn't. That's the difference for me.

Well I wouldn't call Dez a headcase. I would say that Julio seemingly has a much better attitude than Dez but it's hard to know their impact on the locker room and who's a better teammate and what not. Julio by all accounts is a great guy to have around though.

So is Dez, by all accounts.

And I'm not sure anyone goes up and gets a ball better. That's what makes him so unstoppable in the red zone.

Sorry but Julio is better than Dez at that. Not that Dez is a slouch mind you, and Dez is stronger than Julio, but Julio has ups like few men I've seen play the game. His explosiveness is second to none.

Whatever, but Dez is far more dominant in the red zone.
