Not that I think the Falcons will convince him to come here but Klint Kubiak, Greg Roman, Mike LaFluer (not a playcaller, but probably don't need that in a HC) could go on but there are strong offensive coaches. Plus remember sometimes dudes come from nowhere, Andy Reid was a QB coach before getting the HC gig in Philly, McVey was the coach of a meh Washington offense. Could go on, but there's always money in the banana stand.

The best offensive guys are probably Joe Brady, Kubiak. Maybe Jags OC, dont think he calls plays. And a few others. The top coaches on the market are defensive coaches with Joseph, Flores, Hafley, Shula and Minter.

I think Tomlin could be useful, even if in a front office type role if that's something that would interest him.

There's talk of Matt Ryan taking a big role in football ops. Might even be the guy the GM and HC report to. Definitely would have a huge voice in the hires.

Not McKay fired but allegedly actually finally out as running the falcons and only in AMBSE. WOuld be nice if true, but I wish we had a new president who wasn't from the organization but we know blank wouldn't do that.

Falcons shoudl go hire Stefanski ASAP. Stefanski or FLores are my top choices for coach. What Stefanski did with garbage QB play in Cleveland was great. Only reservation I have with him is would he be willing to work with Penix. But if we could get Stefanski and Schwartz here, let's fucking go.
