Vick and Kaep are nothing alike. Kaep has shown that he can actually accurately throw a football.

I just thought it was an amusing quotation.

He may be right. Jaws flip flops more than anyone though. One week RG3 is the messiah, this week he's Kevin Kolb.

I don't disagree. Kaep himself said that he has only played 10 games and he's right. Kaep needs to show his level of play last year for at the very least another two years before he can be even a top QB in the league currently. Of course I will proclaim it sooner.
 
I think the 2 big takeaways from this are :

Vick is accurate. His problem is first that he's a run first qb so mentally he wasn't capable of being a passer. Second is that he's short. There's a reason why most qbs are around 6'4

Vick and accurate should never be put in the same sentence unless the words "is not" are in between.

When he actually had his mind on doing it he was. Of course that was few and far between.

See you're confusing ability with results. Vick's accuracy problems had to do with his antsy feet so when he'd make his throw they wouldn't be in the righ tposition. When he was properly planted accuracy wasn't an issue.

I could post plenty more. Vick's problem is that he dances and doesn't stand in there like the great ones do. His accuracy isn't an ability thing, it's a mental thing. Which could in part be because of his height issue, maybe he dances because he can't see his throwing lanes, who knows. But there may never be a more talented QB than Vick to ever play the game. Fast as a bullet, legendary arm strength and when he does everything right deadly accurate. There's a reason Falcons fans were upset with Vick but OK with the Falcons keeping him around.
 
The guy had one season of over 60% completion percentage. I can't believe you are even arguing this.

I can also show a game where Mark Sanchez had tremendous accuracy. Having good accuracy is doing it consistently. Vick sucks as a QB.
 
I already stated his issue. COmp% doesn't always equal accuracy. Some QBs pat their comp% with lots of dinky dropoffs to TEs and RBs. Vick cannot be accused of that. He has his issues, but it's not mechanically ort in his arm, it's in his feet and head. When Vick sits in the pocket and plants properly he makes throws Kaepernick can only dream of.

Kaep was making throws last year that Ryan couldn't dream of. Nice to try to throw in a Kaep dig there.

Wow, I can't believe you are sticking to this. Would you like me to find highlights of Vick making horrible passes?

Nobody has EVER made the claim that Vick is an accurate QB. Great arm strength sure but he can't throw accurately consistently for the life of him.
