REAL FOOTBALL Thread

Dallas has a safety, but he is injured.

The reason the wrs are wide ass open, is because it's the Saints. They look like that all the dad gum time in every meeting with Atl ever. It's like their play calling is the best in the world. Sean Peyton is an offensive genius.

Dallas is getting stomped.

However, having a hand on top of a shoulder pad is now a horsecollar? My understanding was it had to be inside the shoulder pad.

Also, going to the ground during a celebration is a 15 yard penalty? Not for Ingram I suppose.

lol there's a personal foul...shocker.

But Harris can get pushed out 2 yards out then forearmed to the neck and thats coooo.

Adds to the frustration.

Oh and thats incomplete? lmaoooooooo

I ****ing hate tonight.

Also, once again....this ref cannot speak....not one bit. I know compared to people in that state he probably sounds like a scholar....but he has no business speaking on television. Disgusting

That was the most embarrassing cowboys game I think I have ever watched.
Teams don't usually run the ball like THAT against them, but when only 3.5 of your expected starters are playing...it spells bad news.
I'm really worried about Romo. Our line has still sucked as far as I'm concerned, so the blame isn't all his. And though his numbers look good, he really has not played well for the most part this season. He's missing guys and throwing more balls in the ground than I've ever seen before from him.

But yeah, this coaching staff is among the very worst in the league. Jason Garrett is a complete and utter joke. Kiffin's old and has lost his grip. And it all starts at the top, with stubborn Jerry thinking eventually everything will sort itself out. He's delusional and until he's gone, this franchise will not win anything. I feel bad for guys like Witten and Ware, all-time greats who are wasting away in this franchise. I hope they move on and win somewhere.

My expectations for this team are at an all-time low. The franchise as a whole is a mess.

However, I'll say again, the refs really do target the Boys and give other teams the benefit of the doubt way more often. That's far from an excuse for last night's debacle, but man, it's really obvious that the 'Boys get shafted pretty frequently. Ticky tack calls always get called against them, and never for them. Late hit, players not being behind the line causing an injury, celebration penalties - I can almost guarantee these things would have been noticed and called had the Cowboys committed them.

So current draft order is

1. Bucs
2. Jags
3. VIkes
4. Falcons

SO lets hope for some more wins from the Bucs Jags Vikes and Texans so the Falcons can keep moving up.

BTW has there ever been a season with so much parity as this year. While so many teams are sucking, in week 9 most divisions have a battle.

Division leaders and their lead

Pats - 4
Bengals - 1.5
Colts - 2
Chiefs - 1
Cowboys - tied with Eagles and only 1.5 games up on Skins/Giants
Lions - 1
Saints - 1 (I think Carolina may take the division,
Seahawks - 2

So as week 11 rolls in. Go Bucs!!!

I don't think the Falcons have a lot of W's left on the schedule, but I haven't really checked. At this point, suck it up and hope we can get some impact players. A LT, and a DE would do wonders. We also need a few LBs.

If the Skins could get some defense, they could still take the division. Morris is killing it.
