Pathetic. Robert Griffin III would rack up 300 yards against this defense right now

I think Robert Griffin II would get at least 250. I know quite a bit of it is lack of talent at certain positions, and injuries have hurt too, but doesn't it seem like we're (on defense) always out of position at the worst possible time or they've schemed things to where they (whomever we're playing) has the exact matchup they're looking for every time it really matters?

Absolutely. Seems like there is an open receiver in the secondary on every pass play. So Rob Ryan gets fired and he turns around the Saints defense while Monte Kiffin makes the Dallas defense worse. Unreal.

All this, while a few Cowboys fans will find a way to blame Tony Romo.

That's just it, the scheme is so bad and i guess so predictable that teams can really do whatever they want, and we don't make any adjustments.
idk, i can't even care anymore. 42 points by a team led by josh mccown? wow.

seriously, what can romo do? the opponent actually generates a rush, he pretty much has to score a TD on every drive to win.

Talking about the defensive line and how the Cowboys have nobody: Dallas had a chance to draft a DT when Shariff Floyd fell to them. Instead they trade down and pick a center they could have had in the second round. Two years ago, trade up to draft Morris Claiborne, who can't stay healthy, and when he has played, been a disappointment. Mark Barron sure would have helped the secondary.

Frederick is a beast, the bigger one was taking a TE in the 2nd over a DT.

Claiborne over Barron may haunt them though.

So lets review:

A backup QB Josh McCown throws for 348 yards

Bears get 33 first downs

Bears didn't punt once

Only time the Bears didn't score was when they took a knee at the end of the game

Dallas fired Rob Ryan for this?

he's obviously better, but he never made our defense look good. i believe it to be more coincidence, or just better talent.

Rob got a bad rap with Dallas.

Dallas' defense werent GREAT yes but last year they were decimated on defense.

not nearly as much as they are this year.
he didn't really get the best out of..anyone.
better than kiffin? duh. good while here? no. his defenses still got torn up.

Yeah, it was a win but Seattle was a better team today. Wilson is just a great player. Seattle is going to be a good time for a long long time.

Basically another Drew Brees. Spreads the ball around so well even without elite talent to work with most of the season.

That's the grumblings I've been hearing as well. Shanny is hoping to get fired so he can lobby for Houston. A team built more the way he likes. And he can draft Bridgewater or anyone else.

Drafting a QB with less skills than RG3 but also likely to be just injury prone with that skinny body? Surely Shanny wouldn't be that dumb again.

I'm gonna laugh my ass off if Bridgewater hacks it in the NFL. I love your certainty that he'll suck, maybe its as strong as your certainty Johnson>Peterson
